Download Reddit Video with Audio
Paste any Reddit post link to download clean HD MP4 with merged sound and photos. Free, no app needed.
Why a Reddit video can be silent
Some Reddit videos contain sound in a separate DASH audio stream, while others are intentionally silent. Saving only the video stream does not magically merge the sound. XDownload lists the media streams it can resolve for a public post; always preview the downloaded file before assuming it contains audio.
Copy the comments permalink for the actual post, rather than a gallery page or a preview-player URL. If you need a file with sound but the downloaded MP4 is silent, follow our Reddit audio troubleshooting checklist. Private communities, deleted posts and externally hosted players may need different handling.
